- "I've been here twice now and this is a super nice hotel for the price. With the last stay, I could not hear anything or anyone and was really impressed, as that is usually a big issue with hotels. This time, people were a bit louder or I was able to hear them more, but it still wasn't too bad. I've stayed at hotels all over and this is one of the nicest. I also like that they provide high quality products in the bathroom - zero parabens, zero bad ingredients, etc. But, unfortunately that skincare product is unbelievably highly fragranced (the lotion) and if you are sensitive, avoid it at all costs. I immediately washed it off, to avoid a migraine from the strong scent. And, on top of it, I had an allergic reaction on my arms where I used the lotion, though I washed it off right away and it's been a couple days. So, I hope they will look into getting that stuff unscented. I've never had a reaction to any lotions before. With that aside - I love this hotel. "

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, The handicapped accessible room was very roomy and the rool in shower with the foldable bench was excellent. My only negative comment was some of the pillow cases smelled like body odor. We didnt get up in time to take advantage of the free breakfast but we were appreciative of the free coffee still available after breakfast was over. Over all this was an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again if in the area. "

But when we first got in our room, the heat was not on and the outside temperature was in the single digits. There was frost on the wall where the heater unit is. The convenience of Kwik-Trip being across the street was a bonus- as the area doesn't have many restaurants or options for outside food ordering. The staff was kind and helpful/polite as well! Pool area and restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Dirty towels everywhere, toilet paper all over the floor. Pool area was filthy, every single chair was broken, garbages overflowing, couldn't see the bottom of the pool it was so cloudy/dirty, hot tub not so hot, warm at most, the "jets" were a joke....a lite bubble is a better description.
