To me those are the cleanliness, the water pressure in the shower, how quiet the HVAC system is, quality of TV and channels, bedding. The breakfast is pretty damn good as well. As a bonus there is a really good restaurant a 30 second walk away. I understand there is a new owner and I hope he or she doesn't waste money on appearances and continues to provide lodging based on comfort and quality not window dressings."
