Mannoune the front of house concierge was friendly and accommodating. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean,comfortable and stylish and the open plan restaurant is fabulous. I had a small technical issue with the room I had booked which couldn't be helped and she quickly moved me to another room, upgrading my room also for my 2 night stay as a gesture of goodwill. It was greatly appreciated. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and if you are looking for a different hotel experience thus is the place. 10/10"
