- "The last of three hotels we booked over a long weekend, all wonderfully tucked away and special. I booked here mostly for the location and the on-site EV chargers, however the hotel itself was a huge bonus. Our room was in the 13th century "turret" up two flights of spiral stairs (other rooms were available, but why would you when you have a chance for a room like this!) it was wonderful! It was reasonably large with a settee, TV, plenty of room, ensuite and all mod cons, but low beams across the middle. LOTS of personality and comfort, what more can you ask for?!
