Staff always courteous and helpful. I generally stay in the room on the third floor with the two twin beds. I think the bed by the window is definitely due for a new mattress. We arrived in the morning before check in time and they stored our luggage and we left the next day after check out time and again they stored our luggage and lent us beach towels and let us clean up before we left for the airport. We appreciated the cookies in the afternoon and when we came back after dinner they have a beautiful firepit and had left provisions out to make 'Smores which we all enjoyed, sitting round the fire. The property has a great location near downtown Nantucket and also the beach, and the decor is really fun - wonderful tiger carpet on the stairs! Also a lovely sitting room for relaxing."
