Guest Reviews:

- "Absolutely lovely, homely place. Very clean, and spacious." - "Great room. Great staff. Great ambience and great food." - "Everything was exceptional! We arrived and the hotel had parking on the premises. The hotel is beautiful and has a stunning large garden. The room was renovated with a more modern feel but original parts of the structure were preserved e.g large wooden beams which really gave the hotel character. We had a beautiful view over a lake. The staff provided the best customer service I have experienced in my whole life. Everything from greeting us on arrival to serving the food. We celebrated our civil ceremony at this hotel and the private dining room was stunning and perfect for the occasion. The food was incredible and one member of our party said it was the best meal he had in his entire life. It was truly an experience. We had a champagne reception and a 5 course taster menu - everything was exceptional. The wine was also incredible. The real star of the show though was our server who was so attentive. The breakfast the next morning was also incredible. I would really recommend to treat your self to the bigegr selection option. We were all blown away. We couldnt recommend this place more and we will definitely come back. We now recommend this place to everyone we know."

- "The room was perfect: everything you need is there, it's stylish and the bed is exceptionally comfortable." - "This was our fourth visit to this hotel and it remains impressive. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented. Waiting staff were attentive and so very polite and gentlemanly. Room was very clean and facilities were as expected. The bed was very large and oh so comfortable. In the dining area, the range of wine was exceptional, even though we did not have any, it would be an excellent base for any wine connoisseur. Similarly, the evening menu was exciting. Check in/out was swift. A car parking space in site was always available, but this may not always be so at peak times, but there’s plenty of space on the quiet road."
