All details have been cared, wonderful turn down service, perfect free coffee and tea with high quality. The balcony shows us a lot of beauty of the plains. The kitchen has the best food services in the region ever - we have tried breakfast and lunch, all tasted perfect and paid much attention on food. Lastly, we also booked activities from the hotel, their game drive is lovely where you can see their achievements on protecting black rhinos. The bush dinner offered is one of the best experiences we had, very unique experience.It makes so much sense to support a hotel with a good quality reserve in operation."
