Finally, it’s an interesting concept that I’ve only seen in movies where the hotel guests can get “taken up” into the busyness and crowds of the brasserie. The Charmante is a hotel but I learned that people are really into the French cuisine & wines at the restaurant. As we came during the Christmas season and within the first 3 months of the hotels opening it was VERY busy with dinner guests— but I loved the buzz. And if some do not like this, they can just go to their rooms— the noise does not follow :-)"
