Being as it's a boutique hotel, you're really not sharing the property with many other guests, so it's quite exclusive in that regard. However, due to the caliber of food, the restaurant gets busy during dinner time, but it's all high end clientele and it's a great atmosphere (the dinner sunsets were spectacular!) We will be staying at Casa Kimberly again, and would most certainly recommend this property to a friend."

I would definitely recommend this place for the beauty , peacefulness and the amazing architectural beauty of the property. The location was incredible, only 3 blocks from the beach, on the same street as several great restaurants, and there was quick and easy access to the big gay bar area. The only folks I'd warn off are those with mobility issues because it is at the top of a hill."
