The breakfast is amazing; fresh fruit, coffee, juice, etc, as well as eggs cooked however you want them. The chef literally came up to our table to ask what we wanted. Incredibly tasty! We also liked the location - really close to the central square (10 min walk?), but far enough away for it to be quiet. Building 2 (stayed in a superior room there - well worth it!) is quieter than Building 1, as it sits back from the road. It's an ideal place to stay when exploring Valladolid, an incredibly lovely town - and doing day-trips to nearby archeological sites such as Chichen Itza, Ek Balam and Coba. We stayed 4 nights here, which was ideal for what we wanted to do, but could easily have stayed longer as we fell in love with Valladolid!"
