The room was comfortable, cozy, and super clean. The AC worked really well and the shower had hot water. Everything was really top notch. The included breakfasts were amazing! I am not a morning person or big on breakfast but the food was so tasty with so much variety that it was easily my most enjoyable meal of the day. The pool was awesome to relax in and a nice alternative to the beach just a few meters away. The entire staff at Ritsa, from Nana at the reception, to the cleaning, to the chefs, and staff at the cafe were extremely kind and friendly. By far, this is the best customer service I have experienced in 6 months living in Georgia. I would highly recommend Ritsa Resort to everyone! Really exceeded all my expectations.
