This was our first hotel when we arrived in the US and it was perfect to acclimatise to a new time zone with black-out blinds and super soft bedding. Staff were very welcoming, we didn't drink in the bar but the decor of the whole place was very trendy. Loved the water fountain on the main floor of our room so we could top up our bottles and I was obsessed with the white noise speaker built into the bed side table, if this isn't for you there is a dial to turn it up, down or off completely. Location was great for all public transport including the cable car and BART. Please ignore all our belongings and stuff in the photos, I forgot to take pictures before we got comfortable."
