The cleanliness has exceeded our expectations - at moments you don't even remember that you're in the middle of the jungle! The breakfast is very nice (the granola is YUM) and it is served a la carte (I believe all breakfasts in Tulum are served a la carte to be honest). The staff members are super helpful and kind and we were chatting with them via Whatsapp during our whole stay for whatever we needed. The best thing is that we were allowed to use the beach area with sun beds and towels at the hotels across the road (Encantada, Nest etc) as they are all under the same umbrella!"
