La Perla Hotel provides panoramic views across Lake Como from its peaceful location in the hills above Tremezzo. It is surrounded by olive trees and has an outdoor pool. You can walk down to Tremezzo in around 15 minutes. Free parking is provided at Hotel La Perla. Most of La Perla's rooms have their own balcony and great views. The outside seating was excellent for group dinners. The donkeys, horses and cows were great company, too! The house was also a great starting point for lots of hiking and running opportunities in the mountains. There were several restaurants in short walking distance that were really nice - Rusall, La Fagurida, and Al Veluu in particular. The small paths made it easy to get down to Tremezzo - although the walk up again in the heat was a bit much for some! Guiseppe was a great host and very responsive to any needs or questions."
