The venue itself was gorgeous and the hotel was able to book me a transfer from the airport (drive is about 20-25mins) which made arrival pretty smooth. I took the VIP transfer but you can also ask for a regular taxi beforehand which is a little cheaper. My room was upgraded free of charge on arrival which was amazing and the room was gorgeous. Huge comfortable bed, super clean and the hot tub in my room and the private pool made the trip extra special. The customer service was probably the best I’ve ever had on a holiday and every member of staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal as it’s not too close to the party area on the island and there’s a lovely beach within walking distance which has restaurants and bars situated nearby. Overall it was a dream - couldn’t recommend the property or the team more highly and if I go back to Zante this is definitely where I’ll stay."
