Views are superb, regardless if from your room/balcony, lobby, restaurant, pool.. But what makes this place super special is the staff. The property is not fully set up to host foreigners - web check in doesn't work with a foreign address, you need Brazilian tax number to order room service, and most of the staff doesn't speak English. And yet, everyone working there goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you may wish for and that you feel as pampered as possible. Rebeca at the reception speaks great English and is beyond accommodating and professional - I felt downright spoiled by her. She's an amazing human being too. Deborah the masseuse has magic hands.
