- "Great staff service!! On the day of our check out, a weather forecast of severe snow storm in Tokyo and its nearby areas was announced. However, our reserved rental car was not equipped with any snow tyre. The hotel staff, Ms Murahashi Misako, initiated to contact the car rental company for us and negotiated with their staff to make all the necessary arrangements.
