Owners have a real love for detail: antique furniture, lots of cosy corners, chimneys, billiard room, library. Really attentive, cordial and professional staff. We wanted to stay for 2 nights only but loved the place so much that we prolonged by another night. Yes, it’s true that it’s more expensive than most other hotels around, but you get a considerably better service than other places we stayed in."
