They went out of their way to accommodate us when we made a transportation error — not only coming to pick us up at Nagano Station but also holding dinner for us despite our very late arrival. This was the best and kindest customer service we have ever received. Once there, we were impressed by the incredible meals (both dinner and breakfast)! Impeccable detail, delicious flavor, beautiful presentation and a wonderful variety of local foods. This was one of our favorite meals ever (and we have eaten in some special places).
