Nothing is too much for them - i got food poisoning on the last evening, from a restaurant down the road, NOT the hotels food. And they were really really caring, they came with a think a nurse to check me over, plenty of medicine and even herbal teas. They dropped plenty of water off through the night as i was so poorly. The area is away from all the rest of island, but theres plenty of food places in the little village - i think its ideal nice and quiet you have come away to relax! We was contacted and up to date from the minute we booked the villa from manager Loicq and picked up and dropped of to the airport. We was greeted by Dada who was in charge of checking us in and assisting our needs. She was very lovely and helpful with taxi, activities and any other need you can think of. The stars of our stay was May and Zay who stay on site in the villa and were absolute diamonds. They served us amazing breakfast every morning, cleaned the already spotless villa and was just a great company during our stay. We also appreciate that we booked everything last minute and still made everything we wanted and managed to reach everywhere. Especially the full moon party! They was even wonderful enough to give us late check out till our flight and of course transferred us to the airport. Strongly recommend you will not be disappointed!"

Free shuttle service to Sairee beach, best thing to do though is rent a motorbike from paramee motorbike rental shop which is located very near to hotel. Haadtien will call this rental shop when you ask to rent a bike at reception and an employee of the bike shop will come pick you up and organise a scooter for you. Breakfast is buffet style, very tasty and there is lots of food options. Also dinner at hotel can be considered expensive for some so eat near sairee beach at places like 995 duck or other food places on that street for best prices which is where the scooter comes in handy."
