Everybody spoke to you very professionally, right down to the chef looking for you and saying good morning as you walked in for breakfast and that just made for a really special stay. But the biggest thing was, having mentioned it was our wedding anniversary, we got a card in the room, and I think we also were upgraded as we were in a beautiful 4 poster room. It was truly a lovely stay!"
