Incredible snorkelling just offshore too if you’re into snorkelling (I am, and this is the best snorkelling I’ve ever done in the Med. There are these beach protection rocks dropped just offshore (and just under the water so they don’t spoil the beautiful view) - and these structures provide shelter for tonnes of fish - it’s literally teaming with everything from grouper to moray eels. The spa was beautiful - particularly the indoor pool for the hottest party of the day. Brilliant to have the option of a minibus to Ortygia as there's limited parking - and it's a lovely old city which is fabulous for dinner. Dinner (you need to sign up earlier in the day for this) was delicious and very good value. The menu was typically (delicious) Sicilian dishes, but the chef kindly made alternatives for my friend (who doesn't eat fish). Thanks to all the staff for making everything perfect!"
