Our room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Cinzia goes out of her way to suggest things to do in the area. We loved her dog, Duke, too!"

- "Oh heavens - staying in a palace that lived up to its name was a highlight of our Sicilian trip. With painted ceilings in our room, wonderfully styled communal areas including in effect our living room, the most elegant of staircases and all the comforts we could want, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful getting us to the palace and then parked (thank you Eva and the other colleague who held our suitcase on his lap!), and gave us tons of information. This beautiful, charming boutique hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Scicli, with easy parking nearby. The staff were warm and welcoming-we were so impressed by their professionalism, yet it felt as though we were being welcomed into their home. I must also mention the delicious home baked pastries brought by the staff and served in a cozy breakfast nook each morning. It was a special touch that made our mornings feel more welcoming and personal.
