You could go on foot to the Balikligol, museums and restaurants (nearby you have a restaurant with cold beer!). Ask about hiring the driver - he can take you for a good price (60 dollars) to the Gobekli Tepe-Karahan Tepe-Harran or the Halfeti at the Euphrates river. I'd spent only 4 nights at Astarte and now I think that my stay should have been longer. :)"
