We are on our honeymoon and arrived early off our train from Florence and they very kindly let us into our room and informed us we had received an upgrade to a superior room with a view. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and came with a bottle of red wine. The hotel was a short walk to the colosseum - this was greatly appreciated after completing 20k+ steps and able to come home to our comfy bed and air conditioned room. The neighbourhood was young, cool, lots of tasty restaurants and bars and not incredibly touristy. We were leaving on a late train also and they very kindly let us chill in the back garden area and made us the most tasty aperol and campari spritzes while we charged our devices and downloaded some programmes for the train. The rooftop bar is also a beautiful and quiet spot to relax. I could not recommend this spot enough! Thank you for making our Rome trip very special."
