This hotel is by far has the best best customer service and experience from all Anantara hotels I have stayed ! All staff is so well trained , really polite and kind ! They upgraded and gave us a late check out since our flight was very late at night ! The food at the restaurants were great especially the Asian restaurant were for sure you have to taste ! The resort is really luxurious and you feel that you stay not in a five star but in a rather six star hotel . The infinity pool was great and the view from all the hotel to the sea really beautiful . - "- the location is stunning and has easy access to 4-5 swimming pools, as well as 3-4 different beaches, all within a few minutes of walking or a free shuttle ride in a golf cart - the staff were 10/10. In particular, Muhammad and Noor at Reception, as well as the manager of the Juweira restaurant (I believe Manish, but might be misremembering his name). They consistently went above and beyond and were kind and helpful. This was some of the best service I've had at any hotel. - since you are near two sister hotels that are large all inclusives (Rotana and Fanar), you can make use of their facilities like tennis courts, gyms, water sports kiosks and restaurants - Oman is easily in the top 5 countries that I've visited - the rooms are large, quiet, and with excellent air conditioning"
