The charming Hôtel Les Messugues is located in the heart of a magnificent flowered park overlooking the olive grove, a few steps from the historic village of Saint-Paul and the famous Maeght Foundation. Decorated in soft and warm tones, the rooms harmoniously combine comfort and well-being. Some units open onto a private balcony with a view of the nearby vineyards. Guests can relax in the sun and enjoy the heated outdoor pool. There is a bowling alley. In summer, guests can enjoy light meals in the poolside restaurant. The establishment is composed of 9 Provencal bastides (characteristic country houses) consisting of 76 luxurious rooms and suites with their own garden or terrace, including the Bastide des Fleurs which unveils since June 2014 its 6 new suites and junior suites, and which offers a fully privatizable space (butler service in summer season). This exceptional place promises to combine the charm of a unique space with the services of a luxury hotel. Our gastronomic restaurant, La Table de Pierre, is masterfully directed by our Chef Maxime Leconte, a true globetrotter, who perfectly combines the flavors of the world with Provencal dishes. Also, our 2nd restaurant, the bistro Lis Orto, offers authentic dishes of the region in an atmosphere reminiscent of the famous bistros of Nice. You can have a drink, coffee or snack in the lounge bar, equipped with a fireplace and a library. Since the reopening of the Domaine du Mas de Pierre, a 6562 ft² spa has been added to the many services offered by the establishment. La Grande Bastide Hotel is an old 18th century country house which has been turned into a beautiful hotel. It is set in a verdant area with a panoramic view of Saint-Paul de Vence and the sea. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and features 14 bedrooms including 3 Duplex Suites. The Provencal-style bedrooms are decorated in soft pastel shades and offer lovely views of the surrounding area. Some rooms have a hot tub and jet shower and all rooms have private bathrooms, satellite TV and direct phone. There are 2 terraces, overlooking the swimming pool with wonderful views of Saint-Paul de Vence, where breakfast and light snacks can be enjoyed. The spacious pool house, tastefully equipped with sofas in front of an open fire, is an excellent spot for an evening aperitif.
