We are a married couple traveling without our kids, but the facility is child- and baby-friendly and all children we saw there were remarkably well-behaved. Our cabana was gorgeous with a great mattress. We loved lazing on the porch with its comfy hammock. We didn’t spend time at the pool with the ocean right there, but it was clean and a comfortable temperature. The property arranged multiple drivers for us, and they were extremely punctual (even in the very early morning) and well worth the cost. Maximo drove us to the waterfalls and dropped us at our next hotel in Puerto Plata afterward, and he was great. Highly recommend!"

They managed the situation with remarkable patience and grace, and we are incredibly grateful for their efforts. Aside from that, everything else about the hotel was wonderful—sparkling pool, beautiful beach, delicious food, and a festive atmosphere for the holiday season.
