- "Lovely spacious hotel, our room had sea view across the pool area which was great, staff were extremely welcoming and the service was top class-special marks to Kilian in the restaurant and his team-we had read about queues for toast and eggs but honestly the chef who was making omelettes fresh for you in front of your eyes to order was amazing and we never had a long wait-all the staff were so attentive and nothing was any trouble for them. Veronica and Toni in the bar -amazing workers! Zofia on reception was very helpful when we were organising day trips but all the staff we met were amazing and sorry we don’t have all the names. The pool area was blissful-no one was hogging beds there were plenty for everyone - maybe summer is busier but we found it very relaxing. Nightly entertainment was enjoyable-and finished just after 10 so not noisy then afterwards. Food was very good -we had been on bed and breakfast but upgraded to all inclusive for two days which we really enjoyed. Location ideal on quieter less commercial side of Puerto del Carmen but bus stop outside hotel takes you to old town and even to playa Blanca for just a few euros. Altogether we had a great holiday in this hotel and would recommend for couples."

My husband has ms, and requires lots of assistance. He was happy enough, but did not feel secure enough to go to the toilet alone. The toilet was rocking about as he dropped heavily onto it. He is 18 stone in weight, he felt insecure every time. For me it was stressful as I needed to help him on and off. We found the disabled toilet by the pool on the last day, and he felt that was perfect. Also a few issues with the toilet position in room 47 need to be addressed."
