- "Was very clean" - "The staff at Dreams were incredible! The food was delicious at all the restaurants we tried and the resort itself was perfect. This is a smaller resort which we really enjoyed and it is in a gated community with little shops and restaurants. We were there with 16 people of all ages and they all enjoyed it! The staff were so attentive and helped us with any requests that we had. They went above and beyond to make it extra special for us as we were there celebrating a 60th Birthday. This definitely will be a trip that we won't forget! I would also recommend upgrading to the Preferred Club. There is a separate pool which is not as busy as the main pool and the bar staff are fantastic. You also are able to enjoy breakfast a la cart at the Oceana Restaurant which is outdoors and it is delicious. They also have an exclusive bar and appetizers on the 7th floor which is open early for a light breakfast and snacks at night. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We did also hire the photographer on site for family photos. We had a fun time taking pictures and they turned out amazing."

Each room at the Chez Waffle by Inmense has hammocks, air conditioning and free WiFi, and includes a cable TV, a safe and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Rooms are cleaned daily and have views. Playa del Carmen is only 20 minutes’ drive, while Cancun International Airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes by car.

- "The staff were very nice and it was very convenient to have the restaurant right in the hotel. The food is very good. We had breakfast both days we stayed. We had a nice room with two double beds facing the lagoon/canal. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the main marina but it's a very easy and pleasant walk. The sheets were very good quality and soft which we appreciated. The bed and pillows were comfortable so overall we were happy to stay here."
