We scored this property a 10 because we would like to make a special mention to Julia at reception who made our stay with her exceptional customer service! We had a hiccup with the train system for our day trip to St Mortitz due to unexpected closure and she made our day trip happen same day giving us an alternative way of getting there so we could still use our return ticket on the Bernina Express. Thank you Julia for going above and beyond for us!"
