We stayed for 5 nights with our 1 year old daughter for our first family holiday. Firstly the hotel itself is spotless and extremely well kept. The flowers and gardens that surround the rooms are so beautiful. The staff were very accommodating, there was work being done on the room beside us during our stay and we were promptly moved to a bigger room without even asking. It also rained one day during our stay and the spa allowed us an hour in the indoor pool with our daughter even though it was normally restricted to adults only. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and great with our daughter. She is limited on what she can eat at the moment but the restaurant were always happy to make something that suited. The location for us was perfect, quiet and peaceful but just a short drive from the small town of san Carlos which had lovely bars and restaurants. We especially loved Pumba, the resident dog who greeted us every time we walked past reception. Thank you for making our first family holiday so special. We cannot wait to come back."

- "Everything! The place is beautiful and tranquil. If you want somewhere to relax and eat great food, then this is the place for you. It doesn't say on the listing but they supply yoga mats and a platform where you can do yoga with a gorgeous view if you're interested. I bought my mat from England but was pleasantly surprised to see this was a facility. There were a few issues with my room but the team were super responsive and helped me the best and quickest that they could. I moved rooms in the end and everything was fine there. Some of the reviews about them not being helpful, are not accurate because they really were."

- "The staff were incredible, especially with our little 1 year old. The pools, food, facilities were also really good. Lots of day beds and cabanas to use during the day rather than just rows of sunbeds at normal hotels - also makes the hotel look really stylish. Sandpit around breakfast is really good for kids too, and they have loads of toys etc. for little ones to play with. Gym is decent for a hotel, but more than 2/3 people would make it very busy. Swim-up room was spacious and great for using while our child was asleep."

Specifically: - wonderful calm and relaxed atmosphere - only five rooms in total means lots of space and areas to relax - every member of staff we met was friendly, efficient and attentive and would make an extra effort without being asked - the grounds are kept in immaculate condition by a gardener who seems to work continuously but never gets in the way 👏 - the owners live on site and welcoming - the room was spotlessly clean and serviced efficiently every day - breakfast was excellent… varied options, delicious - we had dinner at the hotel three times and each was very good indeed"

- "Excellent location right on the sea front and a few minutes walk from the centre. Our room had a balcony with views of the sea. Our host Susana was exceptionally helpful, always on hand to assist or advise, giving us some great insights into the area and sound recommendations for where to eat and what to see on the island. Room serviced daily and kept very clean and stocked up. Staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was as relaxed as possible. Hope to return in future, excellent all round!"
