Alexander, Eli and Freya were equally so welcoming and collectively went above and beyond to ensure a high standard of attention and care was provided which really made my stay memorable. It's clear to see that a high level of professionalism is instilled in all those that work in this establishment and I would 100% recommend anyone visiting Plovdiv in search of a comfortable, relaxing stay to book this hotel. The rooms themselves are beautifully aesthetic with the highest quality bedding I've ever experienced, making for such a pleasant night's sleep. The rooms also take full advantage of all the modcons with touchscreen controls for the lights and climate control which really elevates the experience. The power shower was excellent and so enjoyable, spacious with different modes and very clean. The standard of room service was excellent and the rooms were entirely spotless, I couldn't find any faults. My expectations were met and exceeded and I wouldn't hesistate to return should I ever visit Plovdiv in the future."
