And if it happened in the summer??? In my case, only at my request was I given an additional substantial discount for extra services, including restaurant services. The staff (reception)began to fulfill their direct duty, to be nice to the guests, only when they were made remarks and a conflict situation almost started. Even then they were very polite and extraordinary. Room cleaning is also at a high level, but does not reach 5*. I give a good rating only for perfect staff in restaurant and cleanservice, but with a description of the nuances."
