We booked the All-Inclusive rate and had lunch and dinner at the buffet restaurant, as well as the two dining outlets of the hotel. While the buffet is not spectacular, it offers something for every taste. The two restaurants on the other hand, completely surprised us. The food was great, service amazing and the evenings relaxed. Service throughout the hotel was spot on. Everyone, and I really mean every single employee, is there to make your stay enjoyable. Everyone is friendly, greets you with a smile and will make sure you are feeling well. The hostesses booked our taxi from the main city to the hotel location and received us late in the night. They also scheduled dinner for us in the first night, in a restaurant that belonged to the Pierro's group (Verde Rouga), with really good food. One of the hostess accompanied us to the hotel and also offered us a limoncello in the end of the meal! The booking of the rented car was also done by them, and in the morning, the rented car was parked in the hotel parking, and we did the renting bureaucracies in the hotel reception. We got also a guide to Zakynthos, with the most interesting places to go, eat and drink. Then, we also wanted to rent a boat to ride in laganas bay and vicinities and they also booked it for us. Regarding to the room, it was really nice, it looked as it was advertised in the photos, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and it had a cozy balcony as well. Besides all of this, we would like to personally thank the staff of hostesses for everything, as in the end of our trip, my wife was separated from me at the airport, due to overbooking of the flight company and they let her stay one more night for a special price!
