Although traveling alone, the manager upgraded my room (gratis) to an airy, very roomy and very quiet studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette. Sara was very helpful with directions and anything I could have needed. The location of the hotel is great - directly across from the lake and 2-3 min walk to the port for cruises to Isole Borromee - which was well worth it.
