Personnel were really helpful and caring. Spa personnel were pros. Facilities around the hotel. e.g. the pool and the restaurant were also very convenient. The staff are all exceptional, The groundsman is there every morning cleaning the paths, The maids are notified when you go to breakfast so when you come back your room has been cleaned it's all very unintrusive which helps with the relaxed feel. A special shout out to the lady who was running the bar and the chef who, as a member of staff left halfway through our stay were working from 6am to 10pm and did it all with a smile on there faces with a friendly welcome each morning and a nothing is to much trouble attitude throughout the day. If we visit Santorini again this is where we'll be staying."

The hotel pool is quite adequate and they have a plunge pool right next to it. Water temp of the pool is perfect - we stayed at a more expensive hotel for our last night and although there were a few 'luxury' differences, the expensive hotel's pool was a little too cold & would have benefitted from having the 'edge' taken off the chill!"
