- "Great location, 15km from the city of Thessaloniki (€30 by taxi in Sept 2024). The hotel located right by the beach (no main road). The pedestrian street is full off restaurants, bars and cafes. Easy to find, look for Siel Cafe. With closed windows there is no noise from the street. Good size balcony with sea view. Beautiful, very clean room with aircon, coffee machine, toaster. Everyday bread, jam, honey, butter provided. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Early check-in and late check-out were not am issue. There is room service. Airport is 10 mins by taxi (€20). Yellow sandy beach with free sunbeds. Very clean sea."

- "We stay regularly at the Royal Hotel and it never disappoints. The location is extremely convenient for Thessaloniki International Airport yet the location is quiet and peaceful. The views over the Thermaikos Gulf are magnificent. Mountain View rooms and garden view rooms are also lovely. The staff are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. The foyer has relaxing armchairs and sofas where you can take drinks or coffees or simply enjoy the view. The restaurant is airy and peaceful with a good wine menu.
