The staff are very friendly and help with anything you need. They are great at recommending places to visit during your travels and arranged everything. The kitchen staff will make your meals whenever you would like them. Rather than having the alcohol at the villa we bought alcohol at the airport to help with costs, but soft drinks, coffee, water all available at the villa for reasonable price.
