Surrounded by the Ötztal Alps, Hotel Habicher Hof 4-Sterne-Superior offers 4-star-superior accommodations with parking, a connected in- and outdoor pool, a wellness area which was also renovated (with pool, different saunas, treatment area and relaxing area) and newly renovated rooms and reception/bar/restaurant/stube. Austrian and international specialties are served either in the restaurant or the conservatory. Hoch-Oetz/Kühtai Ski Area is reachable within 1.2 mi and a ski bus stop is right outside the hotel. From beginning of June to beginning of October, the Summer Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and busses.

Feelfree Nature Resort is a resort in the style of a small Alpine village overlooking scenic mountains at the entrance of the Ötz Valley, only 1640 feet from the cable car. It offers pool, free WiFi and free private parking. The spacious rooms and apartments are located in 14 different buildings made from natural wood. Natur & Aktiv Resort Ötztal has a courtyard with a restaurant where a large breakfast buffet and 4-course evening meals are served. There is also a 1969 ft² spa area offering 5 saunas, infrared-lounge and massages, a sunny terrace, and a village square with a small river, a 984 ft² pond, meadows, and gardens. A sports center with a beach volleyball court, a climbing tower, a mountain bike center, and an archery course is also part of Natur & Aktiv Resort Ötztal. From mid-May to mid-October, Natur & Aktiv Resort Ötztal offers a free weekly program with many activities such as guided hikes and mountain bike tours. Rafting, canyoning, climbing, archery, and paragliding are offered. In July and August, various activities for children are offered free of charge. Our apartment for perfect for our family of three, and very well equipped with a spacious dining area & kitchen and a wonderful terrace from which you could relax listening to the river nearby. The pool area is exceptional, with one of the best infinity pools we have ever been in! The wellness area has multiple saunas, catering for all needs, and a lovely relaxation area. It has great facilities for children, including an indoor & outdoor play area as well as a kids pool. The food is absolutely fabulous (we had breakfast & dinner), with mouth-watering mains & deserts every night. The location is great for anyone wishing to mountain bike or ski in the surrounding areas. The staff is very friendly, welcoming & always helpful! We can't wait to go back!"
