On top of all this, the beds were comfy (offering both a firm and less-firm pillow option), the in-room coffee was some of the best I've had, the soaps smelled amazing, and each floor has a filtered water dispenser so I can stay hydrated with fresh, clean water! The overall aesthetic of the hotel is lovely as well and I enjoyed access to the outdoors on the 3rd floor terrace/restaurant."

- "I was ectastic that our room had a gorgeous view of the Sky Ferris Wheel, the ocean and Alcatraz!!!! The location being on Fisherman's Wharf, was steps away from Pier 39 where we loved watching the sea lions and we were able to walk to our tour boat agency on Pier 33 to visit Alcatraz. We were also able to easily walk to the Musee Mechanique to enjoy this vintage arcade! It was also only a 40 minute walk to the San Fran MOMA. Our son loved that the resort had a pool table, ping pong, shuffle board and so many other games. And we received two nights worth of smore making kits! The staff was friendly, professional and accomodating."
