Beautiful aesthetics, comfortable and very clean rooms, excellent pool, friendly staff and, most importantly: the best food we had in the whole country! Both the Italian as well as the local dishes were so delicious that we ended up eating here for most days, shamelessly! It is very rare to come across such a comfortable place which felt like home. An extra bonus is the fact that there is a little shop in the hotel in case you need to buy some extra sunscreen. We used to go through a narrow street with local Masai-owned souvenir shops. The AC did not work one night but was fixed very quickly. The balcony is very big and comfortable. 2 The design is very user-friendly 3 Although it is a apertment, but they do the cleaning every day. 4 Very close to the beach" - "the room was new, it was spacious, it had everything we needed. there were several hightlights. the most spectacular being the view and exceptionally large balcony. looking out to the sea with sail boats passing and fishermen bring in their catch was just the best. i have never stayed in a place before with such a spectacular view. amongst the many lovely and warm people, at the top was the Maasai security guard who provided night security for the building. he just beamed love and warmth and took us under his wing showing us many of the local sights including swimming with the turtles and introducing us to a romantic restaurant called Maisha Beach Bar where we dined watching the sun setting eating delicious food. our gratitude for our stay at the property virtually goes single handedly to Bon (the manager), right from the start thru the whole stay until the end, he was exemplary. such am amazing contrast to Bon's manager, who was an idiot"

From the pool you look out over the beach and sea, which you can also see from the two restaurants and roof bar. We ate in both cinnamon and sexy fish and enjoyed both meals. At sexy fish we even got to eat on the beach, when we requested this we expected an extra cost but there wasn’t one! We also enjoyed drinks at the bar, the pina colada was very tasty! It’s also worth mentioning that breakfast is nice too as you order hot food to your table but can also pick some continental food from a buffet too. It was really yummy. I also had a really nice hot stone massage too. We stayed in October and the hotel was not at full capacity, so lots of space at the pool and to get last minute bookings for the restaurant and massage."
