The food and drinks were ace, the building was unbelievably gorgeous and historic but our favourite two things overall were the attention to detail everywhere and the staff/hospitality. We've never experienced anything like it. We felt so special, we were waited on pretty much 24/7. I can't name just one staff member because all were so professional, helpful and friendly. We would love to visit this postcard hotel again but also already have our eyes on trying the others. One of the most relaxing stays we've ever had.
