Everything very clean with fridge, kettle, smart TV and hot shower with strong pressure. There is an elevator if you have difficulty with stairs or lots of luggage. Free bicycle was offered. The village itself is a lot more interesting than Tam Coc - authentic local feel with way less tourists and walking distance to the Trang An boats. It’s located about a 15 minute drive from Tam Coc and the main site-seeing areas so would need to get Grabs or else rent a scooter but we loved how peaceful and quiet it was! Dan and his team were so friendly and helpful. They also arrange day tours of the main tourist attractions in ninh binh from there which is a good option too! The food at the restaurant was really good and we ended up eating there everyday. You feel very at one with nature there but at night sometimes the frogs in the nearby rice fields could be loud so would recommend bringing some earplugs if a light sleeper. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the ninh binh region!"
