When we got to our accommodation, the staff was already expecting us, she knew where we came from , and her English was really good. She sat us down for our check-in process. It felt like we paid a million dollars for this kind of customer service. She took us through our check-in process, dinner time, booked our private onsen, told us a bit about the Ryokan, booked breakfast time, and then she took us right up to our room. Our room was a riverside view, which was so amazing. Our food for dinner and breakfast was the best we had compared to other hotels around the world we've tried so far. This was all done in our own private dining room. Our private onsen also had a great view. I can not say enough good things about this place. We will come back here again when possible."
