Also, the theme of the hotel was so lovely and felt like home, with all the beautiful books. The views to the beautiful building surrounding and the fact that Grand Central is right there too. Everything was just lovely! I was also traveling with my niece, and it was her first time in NY. She was lucky to have such an experience. They even ensured to give us a room that had children's books in the room. I thought that was a nice touch, too, welcoming young guests in such a way. She said the hotel was "cool." So, in teenage terms, that's a win. I will definitely be back! Whoever said customer service was dead hasn't stayed at The Library Hotel. Thanks again, guys."
