The service was exceptional. We arrived several hours early prior to check in and the reception staff readily welcomed us to our room early. All the staff were friendly, approachable and truly wanted to see you enjoyed your stay. I injured myself skiing on my last day at the hotel and the reception staff went above and beyond to help book private transfers back to the airport and serve meals in the room while I had limited mobility. The meals at the hotel were excellent, especially the dinners. We weren’t expecting Michelin grade food but we had it each and every night with full board. Dinner was 6 courses every night and without fail excellent food and service. Breakfast has a good selection including custom made specials each morning. The room was large, warm, modern and comfortable with plenty of storage space for longer stays. There was a ski locker with individual lockers for safe and conventions storage of skis. The hotel was very conveniently located to access both the ski slopes to Avoriaz and Les Gets, a short walk to Super Morzine and Plenery lifts and a 10 minute free bus ride to Prodaines. We will be recommending Hotel Le Samoyede to our friends and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for an excellent stay."
