The facilities are spectacular, it is quite literally breathtaking. You were welcomed with a warm mug of mulled wine, and brought to our room when we were ready. They also had made us a reservation in their hotel restaurant (it is so good, you should make a point of having dinner there). The views from our window were spectacular. We stayed in November (so already a bit too chilly to enjoy the gorgeous pools) but you can tell that Tales keeps their grounds well manicured! I will certainly book in the warmer months to take advantage of their poolside. Breakfast is also really good! The sheer amount of cheese you can have for breakfast is enough to keep you full until midday!"
