Julie and I corresponded frequently over several weeks as I had many questions and details of our vacation that I needed help with. She could not have have been any better. She responded promptly with detailed answers to my questions. She helped with transportation to and from the airport, she helped with guiding me, and acquiring for me, the right lift tickets (which is not transparent which one to buy via traditional websites. . She helped us secure a guide for off piste skiing. Once there, she helped us secure dinner reservations, that we kept changing. She always helped with a smile and a genuine willingness to assist us. I cannot say enough about how she made our trip to Chamonix wonderful. As for the hotel, it was equally outstanding. We had a room on the 5th floor with a wonderful deck that provided an awesome view of Mt Blanc and the streets of the town below. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Across the street is a wonderful bakery. The hotel provided rides to and from all the mountain chair lifts nearby. Much better than taking the public bus. The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable with plenty of places to sit. The staff is quick to come by and take an order for drinks and snacks. Right outside on the sideways are comfy chairs that are in the sun. For a while in the afternoons they make crepes right there as well. Very good! It also contains a restaurant. While we didn’t have dinner there, we did eat at the breakfast buffet, which was excellent. Truthfully, staying at Hotel Le Morgane was the best hotel experience I have ever had."
