Everything was perfect in this property the rooms, the cleanliness, and the exceptional landscape and view over the mountains of Tuscany. The owners Filipo and his parents were great hosts very helpful and kind , the mother Manuela was present at all time and prepared us the most delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner on order. The location is on the top of the hill so it’s a ride up, quite isolated and the nearby town is just 15 minutes drive very convenient. The place is well prepared for occasions and weddings the family is very professional in that department. and in hosting honestly i can keep on writing of how good the experience was. it’s Highly recommended and it’s perfect if you’re looking for a serene relaxed experience."

We had a facial, massage and experienced the steam cave, all were excellent. I will definitely be returning, many times. Also, the barman is amazing, so enthusiastic about his job, his cocktails were wonderful!" - "The thermal spring waters and the natural beauty of the grotta are overpoweringly relaxing! There is the Thermarium circuit (the outdoor thermal water pools with hydromassage and spa facilities). Two pools to choose from, with cafe on site that is very reasonably priced! The Meditarium circuit (indoor thermal water pool) is very relaxing, with spa facilities including a Roman bath. Different atmosphere and very relaxing. Multiple areas for relaxation between the pools and spas, allowing for flexibility and privacy. The Grotta it’s self is a magnificent experience. The Steam bath in the Grotta is rejuvenating, due to the combination of the air consistency, the sound of the water, the scenery and the natural heat. If you get the chance do experience floating in the Grotta water. Also, there is a hiking trail within the grounds that should not be missed!"
